The above timeframe is for reference only and may vary due to delivery location, logistics operations, customs clearance, holidays, or other force majeure factors.

The delivery time information provided by the store is for reference only and does not constitute any form of guaranteed or fixed delivery commitment.

4. Shipping Fees

7. Delays, Loss, and Force Majeure

In the event of delivery delays caused by weather conditions, flight adjustments, customs delays, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, the store will assist customers in following up with the logistics provider but shall not be responsible for any indirect losses incurred.

If a package is confirmed lost by the logistics provider, the store will assist the customer with subsequent handling in accordance with the logistics provider’s resolution and the store’s relevant policies.
