1. Are all products in this online store authentic?

Our online store maintains strict standards in selecting products. We carefully control product origin, craftsmanship, and materials to ensure high quality, so you can shop with confidence.

2. How are orders shipped?

We select the most suitable logistics provider based on the customer's location as well as the size and weight of the products to ensure a reliable delivery experience. At present, customers cannot choose a specific courier.

After placing an order successfully, you can check the shipping status on the Order Tracking page. You may also keep your order number and contact our online customer service for real-time shipment updates.

3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 5-15 days after payment is successfully completed. The exact delivery time depends on the courier’s shipping schedule.

4. Will there be color differences between the product and the photos?

All product photos are taken from actual items, and colors are reviewed by our designers. However, due to differences in display settings, lighting, and brightness across devices, slight color variations may occur. Please consider this before placing an order.

5. Can I modify my order information after placing an order?

Before completing checkout, you may modify your shipping information on the order confirmation page. Any changes will be subject to the actual on-screen confirmation.

After checkout, if you need to change your shipping information, please contact our online customer service within 24 hours after placing the order and provide the correct details.

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the order may have already entered the warehouse preparation and packing process. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

This period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Returned items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and with complete original packaging.

Personal items such as underwear, socks, and certain beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Please provide the following information for returns or exchanges:

  1. Order name, phone number, and a photo of the shipping label;
  2. Clear photos of the received product laid flat;
  3. If your order was paid by cash on delivery, you may also need to provide your bank account name, bank code, branch name, account number (text), and a photo of your bankbook.

7. Policy for Violating Orders

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of our customers, if we identify any malicious order activities (including but not limited to the following):

  • Placing orders through software, technical means, or other methods to obtain products, discount coupons, or other benefits improperly;
  • Repeated malicious order placement.

The customer agrees to accept one or more of the following actions taken by our online store:

  • Order cancellation;
  • Withholding shipment;
  • Intercepting or recalling shipped orders;
  • Suspension or restriction of future purchases;
  • Other necessary control measures.

Note: For orders deemed to be in violation of these rules, including canceled or unshipped orders, no compensation or reimbursement will be provided.
